A1 Roofing Felt is a heavy duty mineral roofing felt upgrade for most A1 Sheds, Saltire Sheds and TGB Sheds, Summerhouses, and Playhouses that typically come with standard grade roofing felt. This upgrade is the ideal solution if you want something that will last significantly longer.

A1 Roofing Felt Upgrade

A1 Roofing Felt (38/40kg) Heavy Duty Mineral Roofing Felt upgrade. A1 Sheds and TGB Sheds, Summerhouses, and Playhouses typically come with standard grade 20kg mineral roofing felt to protect the roof of your building, which is fine for most applications and will generally last a few years*, however if you need something stronger, or longer lasting for up to 10 years*, then you can upgrade to Heavy Duty 38/40kg Mineral Roofing Felt.

This A1 roofing felt is made in the UK, it is twice as thick as the standard felt, as is likely to last twice as long*.

NOTE: This Heavy Duty felt is only available as an UPGRADE ONLY for A1 Sheds, or TGB buildings, and it must be ordered for delivery at same time as your building. Heavy Duty Roofing Felt replaces the standard felt supplied with your building, and isn’t sold separately.

NOTE: Heavy Duty 38/40kg Roofing Felt will normally last twice as long* as Standard 20kg Roofing Felt. However, you should be aware that all roofing felt can be damaged by strong winds, hot sun, children climbing, animals, birds, overhanging branches, and flying debris during storms, therefore it isn’t covered under warranty.
