VISTA Suite™

The Vista Suite™ is a multi-purpose garden room which is easily strong enough to take the weight of a hot tub. Enjoy relaxing with your friends and family at any time of year… whatever the British weather! 

The stylish illuminated overhanging canopy is the perfect frame for your hot tub, along you to relax and entertain in privacy, with protection from the elements. No hot tub? No problem, how abut creating a garden bar for the ultimate staycation! All this without the fuss and expense of a house extension.

The Suite™ has in inside garden room, and an enclosed outdoor area which an be configured to the right or the left hand side of the building for optimum flexibility. The large interior and exterior canopy gives plenty of room to relax, dine or unwind inside or out, with the large floor to ceiling UPVC french doors and windows which allows sunlight to flood in, creating an open and airy feel. A matching aluminium sliding door allows the interior and exterior space to be linked seamlessly.

Popular sizes include 16×8, 16×10, 18×10 and 20×12, but it’s available in lots of other sizes too. Just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll be happy to give you an immediate quote. Regardless of size, all models are delivered and fitted for you FREE of charge!

The fully insulated Vista Suite™ comes in several standard sizes, all with an unbeatable range of features, including 28mm thick toughened double-glazing, uPVC doors and windows, and laminate flooring with Premium Underlay.

This Vista Garden room has a full electrical package including a 2000w Remote Controlled Bluetooth Glass Panel Heater, Chrome USB Sockets, Switches, and Spotlights’ all with FREE installation (subject to a site survey for base and electrical supply).

All garden rooms have a vapour barrier and insulation to the four walls and ceiling, lined in either PTGV boards or moisture resistant MDF panels. Double glazing has thermally toughened 28mm safety glass.

The UPVC doors come with a three-hook, four-roller multi-locking system with dead bolts to the top and bottom of each door, plus security hinge protectors.

This Vista garden room comes with worry-free EPDM rubber roofing, protecting your roof from leaks for up to 50-years!

The Vista Suite™ is a pent garden room made here in the UK from high grade, sustainably certified, Scandinavian pressure-treated timber.

This garden room is fully insulated and lined, and the exterior boards are 18mm thick PTGV that are coated in a microporous oil treatment*. This allows the timber to breathe, whilst protecting the boards throughout the seasons.

The walls of the Vista garden rooms are double-skinned, with heavy duty 69mm x 44mm pressure-treated framing, insulation (thermal conductivity 0.038 W/mK), and breathable membrane.

No more worrying about leaking roofing felt. The Vista Suite™ is supplied with residential grade EPDM rubber roofing bonded to the roof in a single piece with no joins, giving a fully waterproof roof that can withstand any weather conditions and lasts up to 50-years!

Add value to your property, and have the benefit of a beautiful usable space at a fraction of the cost of a conservatory, or extension. The Vista Collection™ of garden rooms can be used for many purposes such as a home office, hobby room, home gym, artist studio, man cave, entertainment room etc.

The Vista Suite™ is fully insulated, and has untreated internal vertical cladding as standard. Alternatively, we can supply internal panelling instead, which can be factory-painted in a wide range of colours.

Laminate flooring is supplied as standard, and you can choose from four beautiful woodgrain laminate colours: Grey, Black, Oak and White is supplied with a 3mm insulated underlay.

Your Vista garden room will come with a full electrical package, including Chrome finished USB Sockets,  Single and Double Sockets, Spotlights, and a 2000w Bluetooth enabled, electric glass front panel heater. For your safety, we also include a two-way 18th edition RCD fuse board.

     
Internal cladding, laminate flooring, electrical accessories, lighting and heating are included and installed free of charge.

Doors, Locking System & Windows

The Vista Suite™ features floor-to-ceiling uPVC french doors and fixed windows which allows sunlight to flood in, creating an open and airy feel. The high quality double-glazing is manufactured with thermally toughened 28mm safety glass unit to BS EN 12150 certification.

The doors are supplied with chrome lever handles and cylinder locks. They are security rated, and come with a three-hook, four-roller multi-locking system with dead bolts to the top and bottom of each doors, plus each door has the added security of hinge protectors.

The uPVC doors and windows are supplied white internal, and Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) external finish as standard, however there are many alternative uPVC colour options available including white, cream, green, black, 5x different greys and 3x woodgrains!

Long Lasting Pressure-Treatment

The external cladding for the Vista garden rooms is Tanalised®. This is pressure treated wood that has been through a process to make it last up to 15-years without maintenance.

Pressure-treatment protects the timber against the damp, and it protects the wood against insects, so you won’t need to worry about woodworm eating your new garden room!

*In addition to being pressure-treated, your Vista garden room will leave the factory with a clear oiled finish applied to the surface as standard, sealing and enhancing the wood for up to 1-year.

Alternatively, we can also provide an optional painted finish in a wide range of beautiful colours. Several coats of premium satin wood paint would be applied in the factory, and this will last up to 5-years. Please ask for a current colour chart.

Great care is taken during the manufacture or all Vista garden rooms, therefore, they are only installed by expert in-house installation technicians. In this way we are confident that your new Vista garden room will be installed to your complete satisfaction.

Lighting, power and heating are all included in your package with FREE installation by a qualified professional electrician.

This high quality building is a multi-generational product, and will last decades if looked after. We recommend that it is installed onto a solid reinforced concrete base to avoid any movement in the future.

Please ensure that regular general maintenance is carried out on all moving parts, and ensure that your building is treated regularly with a microporous paint, woodstain, water proofer, or oil as appropriate.
