The Rowlinson Playaway Townhouse Playhouse is a high quality, dip-treated playhouse that your kids will love. Measuring approximately 5×5 (see exact dimensions below), this tall play house will fit into the smallest gardens, and last your children for many years. The RGP Playaway Townhouse playhouse 5×5 comes with an internal landing and ladder for great adventures!

Designed to inspire children’s imaginations, the Playaway Townhouse will allow your little ones to create their very own world of fun and adventure.

Featuring two fixed styrene safety glazed windows, and an upstairs platform accessed by ladder, giving your children plenty of room to play in a bright and airy space. Finished in an attractive dipped honey brown, the Townhouse is clad with robust 12mm shiplap, with a 12mm tongue and groove floor, and a moisture resistant OSB roof complete with premium quality mineral roofing felt.

Safety is our priority. All of our children’s buildings are compliant with European Standard EN71 for Child Safety, and regularly reviewed and retested when necessary to comply to latest regulations.

All products are delivered sectional/flat-packed to nearest point kerbside. Please note that the carrier will not move product around or through the property. The carrier will contact the customer by telephone prior to delivery to confirm details and agree a suitable date, however all times/dates quoted will be approximate. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, and customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery unless we have received written confirmation that product can be left without a signature. Access must be suitable for a large lorry.
