Changed Your Mind? Here’s What to Do

We understand that sometimes plans change. For most items*, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched or assigned to an installation team.

If you choose to cancel your order, please note that your refund will be reduced by the direct fees charged by the 3rd party processing company. These fees vary by payment method but are typically less than 2% and are non-refundable to us. We appreciate your understanding.

Returning an Item After Delivery

If your item has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, you have 14 days to arrange a return. You’re welcome to organise return transport yourself, or we can do this for you. If we handle the return, both the return costs and the payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please be aware that return transport costs for large or bulky items can be significant, especially if a delivery is refused or if the courier cannot safely unload. In such cases, return charges will still apply.

Important Note on Bespoke, Painted, or Overseas Items

*You cannot cancel or return an order if:

  • Production has started on a non-standard, made to order, or factory-painted item.

  • The item is being delivered directly from overseas (e.g. brands like ‘Biohort, Grosfillex,  Finlandic, Palmako, or Lugarde) and production has begun, or is already in transit.

If a bespoke or overseas item is refused at delivery, you will be responsible for ongoing storage costs and the cost of re-delivery to your address.

Many of our bulky items are delivered directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to reduce costs and minimise our environmental footprint. This allows us to keep prices competitive while lowering storage and transport emissions.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Please email us if you wish to cancel your order or arrange a return.

A Note on Sizes

Please be aware that the imperial sizes listed in product descriptions are approximate and provided by the manufacturer for guidance only. For accuracy, always refer to the metric dimensions, or contact us before purchase if you have any specific size requirements.
